HOW TO USE:1. Open the storage bag and take out the sleeping bag2. Put the bag on the ground3. Remove the zipper on the shoulder of the sleeping bag4. Lie in a sleeping bag5. Close the zipper and tighten the lanyard6. Apply Velcro7. Open the sleeping bag and unzip it from the inside8. Fold the sleeping bag, roll it up and put it in the storage bag.9. Tighten the straps on the outside of the bag by hand to make it compact and compactPRECAUTIONS FOR USE:1. One or two days before outdoor sports, fully unfold the sleeping bag to fully demonstrate its thermal insulation performance in the wild. Put the sleeping bag into the compression bag before departure.2.
