Refund policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at outdooradventuresshops1@gmail.com. We will review your request and provide you with return instructions including where to send your item. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Damages and issues: Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Non-returnable items: Perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned. Exchanges: Return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted. European Union: If shipping to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval.
